The other home to backpackers in Kuta, Poppies 2 now conveniently runs past the recently opend Beachwalk shopping mall. It's just a 10-minute walk up to the nightlife on Jl. Legian, past budget losmen, tattoo shops, surf board rentals and local stalls. The road is barely wide enough for one car to squeeze through, so best to walk or take a bike.

意外と楽しい横道！

クタビーチ通りからレギャン通りまで、横に走っているポピーズⅡを地図を見ながら歩きました。夕方だったので、周りもまだ明るかったし、友達と一緒に「どこに出るんだろうね～」と言いながら、歩きました。サーフボードのショップやバーや安いマッサージのお店など、金髪のおにーさん（オージー？）がお店の人と仲良くしゃべっていたりして、面白い横道でした。日本食の小さなレストランもありました。
でも夜歩くのはコワいかも。バイクもけっこう通っているので、気を付けて。
